Refund Policy

FAULTY RETURNS

All of our products undergo a stringent quality control check prior to leaving our care. In case of any issues, you have 14 days from the date of shipping to make sure what you ordered from RYLOOBABY is in correct condition. If your order displaying a fault, then you can return your order to us, you shall be initialed to receive the equivalent amount refunded (this will not include P&P costs). Please note that any product you return needs to be in the same condition it was delivered. Any items that are not returned as new as per the above guidelines we will not accept your refund. If you have requested a refund on an order which includes a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount that has been paid. Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order. Card refunds can take between 5 - 10 days to show into your account any possibly longer for PayPal payments. CHANGE OF MIND REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

All sales are final and unfortunately due to health and hygiene we are unable to accept 'change of mind' refunds, returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully before checkout is complete. Returns are not eligible for normal wear & tear, or rough handling and/or incorrect use of our products. *Please note that silicone suction does not work on most wooden or textured surfaces and we will not approve requests for refunds or returns due to this reason.
