TERMS OF SALE
Welcome to RYLOOBABY online store. When you purchase products from our online store, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and any other terms we may supply, including but not limited to our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Our online store and the products offered in our online store are for retail sales to private consumers only and not for resale.
PRE-ORDERS
You will be charged at the time you place your pre-order. When you place a pre-order, you are expressly agreeing to these Terms of Sale, as well as our Privacy Policy.
PAYMENT
By providing a payment card, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment card and that you authorize our third-party payment processor—to charge your payment card for the total amount of your order (including all applicable taxes and other charges). If the payment information you supply us is rejected or we cannot otherwise process your transaction, your order may be cancelled, suspended, or delayed. It is your responsibility to resolve any payment problems RYLOOBABY encounters while processing your order. If you wish to alter, amend, or change your payment information, you must contact us immediately. If your order has already been packaged and shipped, we will not be able to amend your details and you will therefore be responsible for further re-delivery costs.
AVAILABILITY AND PRICING
All products offered on RYLOOBABY site are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order and to discontinue offering certain products without prior notice. Prices for our products are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect any order(s) you have already placed.
SHIPPING
We kindly request you allow 10 working days before contacting us about receiving your order. If you do not receive your order in 10 working days or if you have another issue with your order, please contact customer service by emailing us at info@ryloobaby.com Title for products purchased from our online store passes to the purchaser at the time of delivery by RYLOOBABY, but RYLOOBABY and/or the delivery carrier will not be able to take responsible for any product lost or damaged that occurs when the product is in transit to you. This will be something we will assist in investigating with the delivery company. For any parcels that are returned to us due to, failed deliveries or incorrect shipping details will be re-charged for redirecting and re-deliveries. RYLOOBABY takes no responsibility for covering payment for reattempted deliveries. The products available on the store have been designed, marketed and sold for use WORDWILE. All safety warnings, information, instructions, in-box materials, and support services are provided only in English. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the product is destined. We are not liable or responsible if you break any such law.
FAULTY RETURNS
All of our products undergo a stringent quality control check prior to leaving our care. In case of any issues, you have 14 days from the date of shipping to make sure what you ordered from RYLOOBABY is in correct condition. If you can provide us with photographic evidence of your product displaying a fault, then you can return your order to us and if successful, you shall be initialed to receive the equivalent amount refunded (this will not include P&P costs). Please note that any product you return needs to be in the same condition it was delivered. Any items that are not returned as new as per the above guidelines we will not accept your refund. If you have requested a refund on an order which includes a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount that has been paid. Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order. Card refunds can take between 5 - 10 days to show into your account any possibly longer for PayPal payments. CHANGE OF MIND REFUNDS OR RETURNS
All sales are final and unfortunately due to health and hygiene we are unable to accept 'change of mind' refunds, returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully before checkout is complete. Returns are not eligible for normal wear & tear, or rough handling and/or incorrect use of our products. Please note that silicone suction does not work on most wooden or textured surfaces and we will not approve requests for refunds or returns due to this reason
DATA COLLECTION
By placing an order for RYLOOBABY products, you agree and understand that RYLOOBABY may store, share, process and use data collected from your order form or email order for the purposes of processing the order. RYLOOBABY will not share your data with anyone else. If you have signed up to the newsletter RYLOOBABY will send you emails from time to time.
